Shem Kororia

Shem Kororia is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on September 25, 1972. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:33.13 in the 3000m, 13:02.80 in the 5000m, 27:18.02 in the 10000m, 59:56 in the Semi and 2:09:32 in the Marathon. He has earned 2 gold and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
