Shauna Helps

Shauna Helps is a JAM sprinter, born on October 23, 1996. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Her personal bests include 11.26= in the 100m, 22.97 in the 200m, 58.32 in the 400m, 43.13 in the 4x100m and 3:41.39 in the 4x400m. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing JAM.
