Sebastian Porządny

Sebastian Porządny is a Poland sprinter, born on July 6, 1988. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 11.00 in the 100m, 21.88 in the 200m, 47.30 in the 400m, 51.62 in the 400mH and 3:07.13 in the 4x400m. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Poland.
