Sawan Barwal

Sawan Barwal is a India middle-distance runner, born on February 18, 1998. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:47.04 in the 1500m, 7:56.24 in the 3000m, 13:39.26 in the 5000m, 28:49.93 in the 10000m and 1:02:46 in the Semi. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing India.
