Sara Fantini is a ITA sprinter, born on September 16, 1997 in Fidenza. Standing 1.70 m and weighing 72 kg, She competes primarily in the 100m, SP and HT.

Her personal bests include 13.08 in the 100m, 11.26 in the SP, 75.77 in the HT, 65.99 in the HammerThro and 11.26 in the ShotPut(3k. She has earned 13 gold and 7 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing ITA.
