Salim Abu Mayanja

Salim Abu Mayanja is a Uganda sprinter, born on October 9, 1995. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 49.20 in the 400m, 1:45.73 in the 800m, 3:34.51 in the 1500m, 8:14.02 in the 3000m and 14:47.31 in the 5000m. He has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
