Ruslana Voropay is a Ukraine race walker, born on November 27, 1984. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 5Kilometre and 5000Metres.

His personal bests include 1:39:24 in the 20kmW, 23:55 in the 5Kilometre, 23:22.30 in the 5000Metres and 51:29.00 in the 10,000Metr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ukraine.
