Rudo Mhonderwa

Rudo Mhonderwa is a Zimbabwe middle-distance runner, born on September 9, 1995. He competes primarily in the 800m, 5000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 2:24.60 in the 800m, 17:40.08 in the 5000m, 1:14:41 in the Semi, 55:30 in the 15Kilometr and 33:53 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Zimbabwe.
