Richard Potts

Richard Potts is a New Zealand middle-distance runner, born on July 13, 1971. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Mile and 3000m.

His personal bests include 3:38.25 in the 1500m, 3:59.80 in the Mile, 7:54.90 in the 3000m, 13:45.09 in the 5000m and 29:26.64 in the 10000m. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
