Pramila Rijal

Pramila Rijal is a Nepal sprinter, born on May 1, 1985. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 13.33 in the 100m, 27.35 in the 200m and 59.2h in the 400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nepal.
