Paulina Flores is a Mexico thrower, born on February 4, 1989. He competes primarily in the SP, DT and JT.

His personal bests include 14.06 in the SP, 53.54 in the DT, 44.30 in the JT and 49.61 in the HT. He has earned 2 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Mexico.
