Oleg Strizhakov

Oleg Strizhakov is a Russia long-distance runner, born on July 18, 1963. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:56.10 in the 3000m, 13:29.08 in the 5000m, 28:16.15 in the 10000m, 1:01:31 in the Semi and 2:11:03 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
