Norberto Téllez is a Cuba sprinter, born on December 23, 1972 in Rodas, Cuba. Standing 1.86 m, He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 45.27 in the 400m, 1:42.85 in the 800m, 2:59.13 in the 4x400m, 1:46.32 in the 800MetresS and 2:21.30 in the 1000m. He has earned 12 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Cuba.
