Nikolay Ptitsyn is a RUS hurdler, born on December 9, 1975. He competes primarily in the 110mH, LJ and TJ.

His personal bests include 14.6h in the 110mH, 8.02 in the LJ, 14.79 in the TJ and 8.29= in the 60mH. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RUS.
