Neisha Bernard-Thomas

Neisha Bernard-Thomas is a Grenada sprinter, born on January 21, 1981 in Saint Patrick Parish, Grenada. Standing 1.65 m and weighing 56 kg, She competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

Her personal bests include 25.12 in the 200m, 53.72 in the 400m, 1:59.60 in the 800m, 4:23.00 in the 1500m and 4:39.36 in the Mile. She has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Grenada.
