Natsuki Sekiya is a JPN long-distance runner, born on May 16, 1997. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 9:20.07 in the 3000m, 15:33.95 in the 5000m, 31:50.17 in the 10000m, 1:11:45 in the Semi and 2:37:55 in the Marathon. She has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing JPN.
