Natasha Ruddock

Natasha Ruddock is a JAM sprinter, born on January 24, 1989. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 100mH.

Her personal bests include 11.71 in the 100m, 25.52 in the 200m, 12.87 in the 100mH, 45.04 in the 4x100m and 8.06= in the 60mH. She has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing JAM.
