Mohamed EL Nour

Mohamed EL Nour is a Qatar sprinter, born on March 18, 1996. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

His personal bests include 22.36 in the 200m, 47.34 in the 400m, 1:49.62= in the 800m, 3:00.56 in the 4x400m and 3:10.08 in the 4x400Metre. He has earned 4 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Qatar.
