Miu Saito

Miu Saito is a Japan middle-distance runner, born on June 22, 2002. She competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

Her personal bests include 2:14.81 in the 800m, 4:13.90 in the 1500m, 9:06.39 in the 3000m, 15:11.01 in the 5000m and 31:08.28 in the 10000m. She has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
