Miriam Thole

Miriam Thole is a Malawi long-distance runner, born on December 24, 1989. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 9:45.50 in the 3000m, 16:50.32 in the 5000m, 36:04.28 in the 10000m, 1:17:44 in the Semi and 34:27 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Malawi.
