Matirinta Mota

Matirinta Mota is a Lesotho middle-distance runner, born on August 30, 1985. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 4:30.23 in the 1500m, 1:20:41 in the Semi, 2:49:00 in the Marathon and 55:58 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Lesotho.
