Maryam Yusuf Jamal is a Bahrain middle-distance runner, born on September 16, 1984 in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. Standing 1.70 m and weighing 61 kg, She competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

Her personal bests include 1:57.80 in the 800m, 3:56.18 in the 1500m, 4:17.75 in the Mile, 8:28.87 in the 3000m and 14:51.68 in the 5000m.
