Maria Diana Lataretu is a Romania race walker, born on June 19, 2002. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 5Kilometre and 3000Metres.

His personal bests include 1:37:12 in the 20kmW, 25:05 in the 5Kilometre, 13:36.53 in the 3000Metres, 46:49 in the 10Kilometr and 25:56.26 in the 5000Metres. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Romania.
