Marco Monko

Marco Monko is a Tanzania long-distance runner, born on November 13, 1997. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 14:36.88 in the 5000m, 29:14.14 in the 10000m, 1:05:56 in the Semi and 30:22 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Tanzania.
