Luis Javier González is a Spain middle-distance runner, born on June 17, 1969 in Madrid, Spain. He competes primarily in the 800m, 800MetresS and 1000m.

His personal bests include 1:44.84 in the 800m, 1:46.35 in the 800MetresS, 2:21.32 in the 1000m and 2:21.32 in the 1000Metres. He has earned 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Spain.
