Louw Smit

Louw Smit is a South Africa sprinter, born on February 20, 1988. He competes primarily in the 200m, 110mH and 400mH.

His personal bests include 22.35 in the 200m, 13.95 in the 110mH, 55.30 in the 400mH, 6.71 in the LJ and 37.81 in the 300MetresH. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
