Linford Christie is a United Kingdom sprinter, born on April 2, 1960 in Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica. Standing 1.89 m and weighing 84 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 9.87 in the 100m, 20.09 in the 200m, 37.77 in the 4x100m, 6.67 in the LJ and 6.47 in the 60m. He has earned 20 gold, 13 silver and 7 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United Kingdom.
