Lilian Kasait Rengeruk

Lilian Kasait Rengeruk, born on 3 May 1997 in the Keiyo District of Kenya, is a Kenyan long-distance runner who has made her mark at the junior and senior levels of international competition. She is known for her strength and endurance across middle and long distance events.

Rengeruk is the former 3000 metres World Under-18 champion and a World U20 Championship silver medallist in the 5000 metres. These achievements at the age-group level marked her as one of the brightest young distance running talents to emerge from Kenya's Rift Valley.

Her transition to senior competition has seen her continue to develop as a competitive long-distance runner on the international stage. Rengeruk represents the deep tradition of Kenyan excellence in distance running events.
