Lieve Slegers is a Belgium long-distance runner, born on April 6, 1965 in Turnhout, Belgium. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 8:55.88 in the 3000m, 15:16.10 in the 5000m, 31:43.36 in the 10000m, 1:12:19 in the Semi and 2:28:06 in the Marathon. She has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Belgium.
