Leonard Myles-Mills is a Ghana sprinter, born on September 5, 1973 in Accra, Ghana. Standing 1.75 m and weighing 70 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 9.98 in the 100m, 20.11 in the 200m, 38.29 in the 4x100m, 6.45 in the 60m and 21.33 in the 200MetresS. He has earned 3 gold and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ghana.
