Leni Shida

Leni Shida is a Uganda sprinter, born on May 22, 1994 in Arua, Uganda. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Her personal bests include 12.03 in the 100m, 23.43 in the 200m, 50.93 in the 400m, 2:04.04 in the 800m and 46.48 in the 4x100m. She has earned 15 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
