Lauren Dermody

Lauren Dermody is a Ireland long-distance runner, born on May 4, 1997. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 10:00.83 in the 3000m, 17:13.99 in the 5000m, 1:20:56 in the Semi, 11:14.21 in the 3000mSt and 17:43 in the 5Kilometre. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
