Kenneth Harnden

Kenneth Harnden is a Zimbabwe sprinter, born on March 31, 1973 in Harare, Zimbabwe. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400mH.

His personal bests include 20.94 in the 200m, 45.19 in the 400m, 48.05 in the 400mH, 3:00.79 in the 4x400m and 46.38 in the 400MetresS. He has earned 1 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Zimbabwe.
