Kefilwe Galeitsiwe is a Botswana middle-distance runner, born on July 12, 1995. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:44.05 in the 1500m, 10:05.96 in the 3000m, 17:29.93 in the 5000m and 1:23:19 in the Semi. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Botswana.
