Katerina Koffa is a Greece sprinter, born on April 10, 1969 in Kardítsa, Greece. Standing 1.77 m and weighing 63 kg, She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

Her personal bests include 11.12 in the 100m, 22.64 in the 200m, 43.07 in the 4x100m, 7.20 in the 60m and 22.71 in the 200MetresS. She has earned 11 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Greece.
