Karen Shinkins

Karen Shinkins is a Ireland sprinter, born on October 15, 1976. She competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

Her personal bests include 23.60 in the 200m, 51.07 in the 400m, 2:09.99 in the 800m, 3:32.24 in the 4x400m and 3:34.61 in the 4x400Metre. She has earned 12 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
