Jose Parrilla is a United States sprinter, born on March 31, 1972 in Ancón, Panama. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 800MetresS.

His personal bests include 45.76 in the 400m, 1:43.97 in the 800m, 1:47.24 in the 800MetresS and 48.64 in the 400MetresS. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
