Jos Hermens

Jos Hermens is a NED long-distance runner, born on January 8, 1950. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:44.4h in the 3000m, 13:21.9h in the 5000m, 27:41.25 in the 10000m, 2:19:49 in the Marathon and 5:06.15 in the 2000m. He has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing NED.
