Jonas Kristiansen

Jonas Kristiansen is a Denmark long-distance runner, born on January 1, 1990. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:52.57 in the 3000m, 15:12.23 in the 5000m, 33:21.5h in the 10000m, 1:09:32 in the Semi and 2:31:05 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Denmark.
