Joao Alexandre is a Portugal long-distance runner, born on October 11, 1990. He competes primarily in the Semi, HJ and LJ.

His personal bests include 1:07:11 in the Semi, 2.04 in the HJ, 7.01 in the LJ and 15.59 in the TJ. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
