Jane Ngotho

Jane Ngotho is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on November 29, 1969 in Nyeri, Kenya. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 8:44.14 in the 3000m, 15:05.91 in the 5000m, 32:08.54 in the 10000m, 1:11:46 in the Semi and 15:09 in the 5Kilometre. She has earned 1 gold and 2 silver medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
