James Sanford

James Sanford is a United States sprinter, born on December 27, 1957. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.0h in the 100m, 19.7h in the 200m, 45.77 in the 400m, 1:20.26 in the 4x200Metre and 5.61 in the 50Metres. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
