Jamal Bilal Salem

Jamal Bilal Salem is a Qatar long-distance runner, born on September 12, 1978. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:30.76 in the 3000m, 13:06.81 in the 5000m, 27:51.52 in the 10000m, 1:03:58 in the Semi and 2:12:27 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Qatar.
