Issamar Valdez is a Dominican Republic hurdler. He competes primarily in the 100mH, 400mH and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 14.85 in the 100mH, 1:00.23 in the 400mH and 3:43.21 in the 4x400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Dominican Republic.
