Iris Velting

Iris Velting is a Netherlands middle-distance runner, born on January 1, 2000. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Mile and 3000m.

His personal bests include 4:28.50 in the 1500m, 5:07.83 in the Mile, 9:47.44 in the 3000m, 17:06.11 in the 5000m and 2:57.63 in the 1000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Netherlands.
