Irina Bondarchuk

Irina Bondarchuk is a Russia long-distance runner, born on September 17, 1952. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 8:42.84 in the 3000m, 15:12.62 in the 5000m, 33:55.98 in the 10000m, 1:19:20 in the Semi and 2:35:17 in the Marathon. She has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
