Ionut Lucian Vieru

Ionut Lucian Vieru is a Romania sprinter, born on January 4, 1979. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.97 in the 100m, 20.94 in the 200m, 45.60 in the 400m, 3:04.23 in the 4x400m and 3:10.75 in the 4x400Metre. He has earned 15 gold and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Romania.
