Ingeborg Østgård

Ingeborg Østgård is a Norway middle-distance runner, born on October 5, 2003. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 2:03.30 in the 800m, 4:08.84 in the 1500m, 4:37.10 in the Mile, 9:07.38 in the 3000m and 4:10.79 in the 1500Metres. He has earned 6 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Norway.
