Hoang Thi MINH Hanh is a Vietnam sprinter, born on September 12, 1999. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 25.00 in the 200m, 53.49 in the 400m, 3:30.81 in the 4x400m, 3:20.72 in the 4x400Metre and 8:57.70 in the 4x800Metre. He has earned 5 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Vietnam.
