Govind Singh is a India long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the Semi, 10Kilometr and 25Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:05:49 in the Semi, 30:49 in the 10Kilometr and 1:22:19 in the 25Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing India.
